Good value, room was cheap, staff were amicable. The hotel was in a very central setting near the subway station. And it was also close enough to El Corte Inglés and center of the town and Gran Via and Plaza de Callao.

A wide range of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with hair dryers and a fantastic view, as for instance. Incredible, magnificent location in Madrid City Center district adjacent to Puerta del Sol, landmarks, and nightlife, the Gran Via, and Plaza Mayor and other attractions. Also, right in the center.

Absolutely spotless twin room with towels. Gentle staff in the whole hotel.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nonetheless everything was perfect. The staff was gentle and amicable, with nice attitude. Favourable location of the hotel in the center. The rooftop bar was a plus.

A double room had upgrades, it was cheap and quiet.

Also, location was great and incredible, around 4-6 minutes walk from an official residence. There was variety of bars and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed the room with private bathroom, the bed was exceptionally comfortable!

I really got value for my money at this hostel. The room may have been simple, but it was clean and comfortable. The location was simply amazing, with everything in Madrid within walking distance. The staff, although they didn't speak much English, were friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the offerings.

The location is so great, I didn't have to waste any energy walking to bars and restaurants. The lounge was perfect for a drink and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I also loved the hair dryer and ceiling fan in my room, really made me feel like a glamorous traveler.

The free WiFi in public areas was such a disappointment, I mean who needs internet nowadays? And honestly, who needs to communicate with anyone in a place like Madrid?
